How do I move out?

Thank you for being a valued XYZ Storage customer! When you’re ready to move out, all we ask is that you:

  • Remove all your belongings from your unit
  • Leave the unit in the same condition as when you moved in
  • Remove your lock

Please also fill out our move-out form on our website to let us know that you’ve moved out of your unit.

If you move out mid-month, don’t worry – we’ll prorate your rent and refund you for the time you didn’t use. And if you forget any of these steps, our incredible team is here to guide you through the entire process.
