The 459 Eastern Avenue storage facility, opened in 2019, includes a state of the art drive-through facility that protects you from rain, snow, and more, while you access your belongings. It is climate controlled and has more than 1,600 secure self storage units in various sizes ranging from compact, 4′ x 3′ x 4′ to larger 10′ x 20′ garage-sized storage units.
It is easily accessible to the Downtown Toronto core (corner of Eastern and Booth) one block north of Lakeshore Blvd, Eastern Ave and three blocks east of Broadview Avenue intersection. Serving the Downtown Toronto area in close proximity to the Leslieville, Liberty Village and Beaches area. The facility has a large customer service area with free coffee and Wi-Fi throughout the building as well as an ‘on the go’ meeting centre for customers to plan their day and make phone calls contributing to our facility being the best self storage option.
